The Challenge
May 2024 hail caused widespread granule loss and dented soft metals across the roof — damage severe enough to affect the shingles' rated lifespan but subtle enough that the homeowner hadn't noticed it.
The Solution
We photo-documented granule loss at every slope, met the adjuster on site to walk the full scope, and upgraded to Class 4 shingles, which qualified for a partial insurance premium discount.
